Dore Program

Based on extensive scientific research on the nature of the brain’s functioning, the Dore Program provides an innovative means to help individuals overcome learning disabilities. The Dore Program focuses on improving the efficiency of the cerebellum, the area of the brain responsible for making complex skills become automatic. Entirely drug free and non-academic, the entire program is exercise-based. Through two sets of ten-minute daily physical exercises, participants receive important stimulation to the cerebellum. This stimulation directly leads to improvements in an individual’s capacity to learn and develop new skills. Important life skills that benefit from the Dore Program include coordination, speed of thought, concentration, and reading and writing ability. The program lasts roughly 9 to 18 months, depending on the participant’s rate of improvement. Over the course of the program, participants receive personalized guidance regarding exercise routines. The exercise sessions, twice daily for ten minutes each, are performed once in the morning and once in the evening. Although the actual exercise may seem simple, the Dore Program requires hard work and commitment. Every participant accesses an online system known as myDore, which provides personalized 24-hour support. Beneficial for anyone over the age of seven who struggles with a learning disability, the Dore Program specifically assists individuals diagnosed with ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia, or Asperger’s syndrome. Currently, centers for the Dore Program exist in Texas, Mississippi, and the United Kingdom.
